Terms & Conditions – Payments & Ticketing
1. Ticket Options
• You can purchase a 1-day ticket or a 2-day ticket.
• Only 2-day ticket holders are eligible to camp on-site during the festival.
2. Camping Registration
• Camping is free for 2-day ticket holders, but spots are limited.
• If you plan to camp, you must send an email to the organizers at radiodeadline@gmail.com to secure your camping spot.
• Camping is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Breakfast Option (For Campers Only)
• A basic breakfast will be available each morning for those camping.
• If you want to receive breakfast, you must mention it in the same email when registering for camping.
• This helps us prepare the correct number of meals.
• Breakfast is optional and not included in the ticket price.
4. Payments
• All ticket payments must be made online via our official platform.
• All sales are final and non-refundable.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
• No refunds will be issued for personal reasons such as illness, weather, or travel changes.
• In case of event cancellation, full refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• If the event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date.
6. Ticket Transfers
• Tickets are non-transferable unless officially supported through our ticketing system.
7. Entry Requirements
• You must present a valid ticket and matching ID to enter the event.
• The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove individuals for inappropriate or unsafe behavior.
8. Cashless Event
• This event is 100% cashless.
• All payments for food, drinks, and merchandise on-site must be made via card or digital payment methods (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay).
• Please come prepared with a working contactless payment method.
9. Payment Security
• All online transactions are processed through secure, encrypted systems.
• We do not store your payment information.
